subespai
Subespai is Mauri Edo, a Menorca-based sound artist. He uses found sound, repetition and volume to explore existence, society and the self.
The name is the Catalan word for “subspace”, a mathematical concept that also suggests the many facets contained within a person.
Since 2016, his work has been published by Oxtail Recordings, Naviar Records, chemical imbalance and Audiotalaia, among others.
Performance highlights include Australasian Computer Music Conference, #RuidoVíricoFEST, Naviar Haiku Fest in Norwich, Ultrasons in Castelló, Celobert Festival in Barcelona, and Sydney's EMOM.
