Strange.
A debut album without my usual drums, bass, and guitars lineup aligned for rock things. Instead, a bunch of vintage ‘80s synths, often gritty, and orchestral sections with unusual articulations. A pinch of strong dark vibes opposed to some vulnerable melodies. Dotted with spacey floating moments where time stands still.
The “Time Gypsies” album’s tracks are “Sketches for a Fictional Sci-fi Series” that don’t really exist…
