Garlands

In the autumn of 1997, Garlands recorded some new material at Marlborough Farms Studio in Brooklyn, the home studio of the Merge Records artists The Ladybug Transistor. The project was then transferred to The Place, where Gary Maurer, who had previously worked with Garlands and acclaimed pop acts like Luna and Fountains of Wayne, finalized the recording. Andy Chase, known for his skilled pop production work with his band Ivy, mixed the record.
