Caroline in the Garden

I am nostalgic for the 80s pop that I grew up with, as well as the 90s piano chicks that I adored. This album fuses these two influences together. Every song starts at the piano, and layers interesting percussion and lush orchestral synth to create a soundscape evocative of a languishing afternoon in an overgrown shade garden.
The lyrics explore themes of reflection, courage and having the strength to carve a new path.
