Xylander

Pete Xylander, is a music producer, podcast host and designer. His influences range from hard techno, through melodic electronica to ambient cinematics and his music shifts effortlessly from one end of this spectrum to the other.

Although often dark in tone, Xylander’s music is lifted by subtle injections of his sense of humour which bleeds through from time to time despite his best efforts to suppress it and appear like a ‘serious artist’.

Aware that electronic music can easily become lifeless, Xylander infuses his productions with field recordings he captures anywhere and everywhere. If you see a man holding a digital recorder up to a metal gate obsessively opening and closing it you may just have spotted him.
