Scrivener

Scrivener is a folk-tinged indie rock trio based outside of Boston. Originally a solo bedroom-pop project by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Bart Comegys, the band grew with the addition of drummer Harry Pesce and bassist/guitarist Aaron Keith. Melancholy, honest lyricism is backed up by rough-edged arrangements that draw on the styles of early-2000's indie and chamber-pop.
